Kurotomesode is one of the most formal styles of traditional Japanese kimono, distinguished by its elegant black base and beautifully decorated motifs.

This exceptional textile features a graceful transition from deep crimson red to soft peach, adorned with chrysanthemums and delicate flowers, branches and foliage in rich shades of red, ivory, blue-grey and subtle gold tones.
