Shipping
Orders are shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Domestic shipping is handled by Japan Post or courier services.
International shipping is handled by EMS or DHL.

Returns and Exchanges (Important)
All products are one-of-a-kind handmade items made from vintage kimono fabric.
Variations in patterns, color differences, and natural aging of fabric are not considered defects.

Returns are accepted only if the item is unused and unopened, and you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping fees and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been used, has stains or odors, has damaged tags, or shows signs of wear or damage.

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or replacement, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

For international returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 2 months depending on the payment provider.

Payment Deadline
Payment must be completed within 7 days. Unpaid orders will be canceled.
